Well never let it be said that Villa La PAWS Franchising doesn’t keep up with those big dog Franchisor companies who have their own high-class promotional videos.
Not to be outdone, the Villa La PAWS Marketing Department called in favors and bartered their souls for production expertise then they began the celebrity search for a star spokesman to be our mouthpiece.
The qualifications that they put in place for that celebrity mouthpiece were:
• Be an avid dog/cat lover
• Publically be an animal advocate
• Work for the $100 budget that I gave them
Their celebrity search didn’t yield anyone that met the above qualifications. The pressure was getting to them and of course it’s my role to provide solutions in situations like this, so I stepped up as the spokesperson because that’s the kind of CEO I am and also, I could really use the $100 bucks.
I’m not a celebrity but have been told many times that my voice sounds like Tattoo (Herv Villechaize) on the popular Fantasy Island TV-Series (1978 -1984). Check it out, Herv using Tom Murray’s voice. Listen for Herv, saying “Da Plane, Da Plane”, that’s me.
Another person that impersonating me was David Doyle, AKA, John Bosley, from the popular Charlie’s Angels TV series (1976 – 1981) and he also provided the first voice of Grandpa on the “Rugrats” TV series (1994 – 2006). Ok, I couldn’t find an audio file of his voice without paying for it, not in the budget, so you will just have to trust me on this one.
Granted these two examples of pseudo stardom may be a bit dated for most people that will view this video so if you’re under the age of 40, ask your parents or grandparents.
My next blog will be my personal critique of this masterpiece. So here it is the final production of the Villa La PAWS Franchising Promotional Video.
